Shortly after Samsung unveiled its new OneUI a few days ago, rumors had it that the overhauled user interface will only arrive on Samsung’s current flagship lineup, including the Galaxy S9, S9+, and Note 9. The rumors were heavily implying that last year’s very popular devices like the Galaxy S8, S8+, and Note 8 weren’t going to get updated with the new OneUI, which sounded like a very peculiar and illogical omission.
